Anjan Sen & Associates initially founded by Anjan Sen, a dedicated and enthusiastic professional in the field of Intellectual Property Laws and practice in India keeping in view the present day greater need for expertise and development of IP professionals under the challenging TRIPS and globally acceptable IP regime in India. He holds Degrees in Science and Laws from the University of Calcutta and is a qualified Patent Attorney and IPR Advocate. He has vast experience in the field of IP laws having closely followed the development of IP laws and practice in India and globally for the last more than about 25 years and is currently the Managing Attorney in Anjan Sen & Associates which has since grown into a full service IP firm in India. He is actively involved in IPR Awareness Programs and regularly participates in workshops / seminars , intervctive sessions for IP awareness such as those organized by international organizations including WIPO, various Govt. authorities such as Indian Patent Office, Department of Science & Technology, Educational Institutes, R&D Centers, Universities and the Industry in India. Also involved in preparation of IP Policy documents involving techno-legal matters for R&D centers and educational institutes.

The firms office is located in the city of joy Kolkata where the Head Office of the Indian Patents & Designs Office is located and is very well connected to the center of the city of Kolkata, the Esplanade, as well as the underground metro railway communicating through the city as well as the International Airport in Kolkata.
